the Priority Club.
The Priority Club is an exclusive way for you to learn more about the choices available at FiftyTwoNorth as you consider your future at our exciting new Life Plan retirement community. As a Priority Club Member, you’ll receive significant savings and other unique benefit opportunities – all with only a fully refundable, no risk $100 deposit. Priority Club Members will receive updates on our retirement community and its progress well before the general public. And once we’re ready to accept residence reservations in spring 2025, we’ll contact Priority Club Members in order of their Priority Number, giving them the first opportunity to select their preferred apartment floor plan and location.

- Make a full refundable $100 deposit for access to exclusive member benefits.
- With the deposit, you will be assigned a Priority Number and invited to the Information Center in sequential order to learn about all residence types and locations.
- At your appointment, you will be able to choose a residence and location and lock in Priority Club benefits which includes the lowest pricing, benefits and savings ever to be offered.
- If you change your mind, your $100 Priority Deposit will be returned to you at the appointment or anytime for any reason.
