The Memory Care program is designed for individuals living with Alzheimer’s, dementia or other neurocognitive disorders. Residents live in a secure, dedicated environment where safety, dignity and engagement are prioritized. Each person receives an individualized care plan, developed by a multidisciplinary team with expertise in memory care and supported by the renowned Frank C. and Lynn Scaduto MIND Institute.

Comprehensive Medical Care and Rehabilitation
Miami Jewish Health’s Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation facility provides 24/7 medical care and therapy in a comfortable, healing environment. Offered are both short-term rehabilitation and long-term skilled nursing care, with private and semi-private rooms overlooking beautiful gardens. Our multidisciplinary team works closely with residents and their families to establish recovery goals and ensure a seamless transition to home, assisted living or other necessary services.
